     The course Educational Technology not only improved my understanding of the value of technology in the classroom, but it also taught me how to use technology to my advantage. I was very thrilled to begin the course in the first semester of the academic year 2021. My motivation for doing so stems from my fascination with technology and how beneficial it can be when used correctly. However, I have grown to respect the course much more. I've learned that educational technology refers to the technological or digital tools that instructors use in their classrooms to help students learn more effectively. The many theoretical frameworks associated with teaching and learning were reviewed in this course. Why is it important for me as an educator to incorporate technology in education?         “Just like pencils and pens which plays a vital role in the classroom, technological devices should be seen just as important and should be integrated in the classroom”. Laptops and tablets have evolved into powerful learning tools that can be used in both the classroom and out in the field. Technology integration can provide an easy access to information, this is why having technology in the classroom is rather pivotal.
